Shipping & Delivery

We ship with DHL, GLS, DPD and FedEx.

The standard shipping time in Germany is between 5 and 14 days after conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment. The delivery time for deliveries outside Germany is between 7 and 35 days. This time can be shortened or extended depending on the place of delivery.

If you order items with different delivery times and have not made a different agreement with you, we will ship the goods in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Delays may occur during COVOD 19. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.

We ship domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Norway, United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed based on the items in the shopping cart and the destination country before address information needs to be entered.
